My name is Rhonda Burke and I’m a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex business and technology changes. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, customer experience, and delivery—bringing clarity to transformation and ensuring that technology investments translate into real, measurable outcomes.

I began my technology career as the founder of  the RED group,  a consulting practice where we delivered CRM solutions for clients across Atlantic Canada. From there, I went on to grow and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 practices within organizations like Endeavour Solutions, KPMG, Hitachi Solutions and Deloitte. Across these roles, I’ve worked through the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives—from early discovery and solution design through to implementation and long-term success—always focused on aligning technology to business goals and empowering teams along the way.

I’m known for navigating complexity, building strong relationships across stakeholders, and stepping into challenging situations to help teams regain momentum and deliver with confidence.
